Ravar Technologies is a small software company. We design products, write the code, ship them to real users, and keep them running after launch. Some of that work starts from an empty repo. Some of it is already live and needs someone technical.
Hire us for a whole product or for one part of it. Five things we take on, from the first build to keeping it alive.
Web apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, APIs and the infrastructure behind them. We take features from an empty repo to production, make the technical decisions in the open so you can push back, and ship in small pieces you can use early.
Native iOS in Swift and SwiftUI, from a first build through App Store review and the releases after it. We have taken our own app down that whole path — entitlements, privacy declarations, review notes, updates — so we know where it gets slow.
Connecting the systems a business already runs on. Third-party APIs, webhooks, data sync, and automation that removes work someone is doing by hand today. Often the smallest useful place to start with us.
Dedicated technical support for software and app owners. Replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, inside the tools you already use. We handle tier 1 and tier 2 and escalate with clear context when something genuinely needs your decision. We write the documentation and knowledge base as we go, and report the patterns in what users struggle with so you can fix the causes. We cover as a team, so vacations and sick days leave no gap.
Someone has to handle the OS update, the deprecated API, the bug that only appears for one customer. We stay on after launch and keep shipping small improvements instead of letting a product quietly rot. We can take over a codebase we did not write.
No discovery phase that runs for a month. We would rather prove the working relationship on something small and real.
One call about what you are building or what is breaking. If we are not the right people for it, we say so on that call.
A short scope: the first piece of work, what it depends on from you, what it costs, when it lands, and where the risk is. You read it and tell us what is wrong. Work starts once that document is right — and the plan is yours to act on whether or not we build it.
Progress you can see while it happens, in your repo and your tracker. Working software, short written updates, direct access to whoever is writing the code. When something turns out harder than we scoped, you hear it that week.
After launch a product needs answers, fixes and documentation. This is where our support consultancy fits: technical people handling real user problems, and telling you what those problems say about the product. Or we hand it over cleanly, with the context you need. Your call, not ours.
We are a small company and have no interest in pretending otherwise. These are the terms we work under.
Estimates with the uncertainty stated out loud. No status theatre, no account manager relaying messages. You talk to the people doing the work, and if something slipped you hear it from us first.
Code, documentation, knowledge bases, processes, accounts. Everything we produce for you is yours from the moment it exists, and still yours if we stop working together.
Your repo, your tracker, your helpdesk. Help Scout, Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk. We adapt to your setup rather than the other way round, and there is no Ravar software for you to install.
We reach for well-understood tools for the parts that must keep working. Novelty is fine where failure is cheap. It is not fine in the core of your product.
Decisions, procedures and gotchas go into documents. It is how a small team stays consistent, and it is what makes the handover painless if you ever need one.
Month to month, in your tools, on your infrastructure. If you want to bring the work in-house or move it elsewhere, we help you do it properly instead of making it difficult.
